Music is energy, music is love and sharing. Music is a vibration that becomes divine when it circulates between people. Yaya Minté has made his voice an instrument to spread messages of love, peace and hope. Born in Pikine, on the outskirts of Dakar, Yaya Minté arrived in France at the age of 8.

It is through music that he finds his way. His grandmother's voice resonates in him, music flows in his veins, his roots carry him. He grows up to the sound of traditional African music (Youssou N'dour, Baabamaal) then under the influence of Soul fathers like Prince and Aaron Neville, he will broaden his horizons with composers like M. Berger and F. Cabrel.
