Such circumstances include but are not limited to: natural disasters, travel bans, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, fraud, or any other event preventing the legal execution of services by the organizers.
Additionally, no refunds will be issued if the client fails to arrive at the designated transport connection on the agreed date and time or voluntarily leaves the retreat for any reason after it has begun.
For cancellations due to injury, illness, family emergencies, weather conditions, etc., the organizers are not responsible for reimbursing the deposit and/or any payment made. However, such losses may be covered by the participant's insurance policy.
The organizers are also not responsible for sudden ferry schedule changes due to public holidays, bad weather, engine failure, loss, damage, etc.

Flights and Delays: The organizer declines all responsibility in the event of flight delays or cancellations. Clients must contact the airline directly for any claims regarding tickets or flight delays. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover these risks.
Participant Conduct: In the event of inappropriate or disruptive behavior, the organizer reserves the right to terminate a participant's stay without a refund. This includes behaviors that threaten the safety and well-being of the group.
7. Program Modifications
The organizer reserves the right to modify the retreat program for logistical, weather-related, or unforeseen reasons within reasonable limits. These changes do not entitle participants to a refund unless the modifications substantially alter the retreat's main purpose.
